Vivian Marietti, of Canon City, Colorado passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the age of 96.
Vivian was born to Robert and Margaret Crocker on August 1, 1921 in New Castle, New Brunswick, Canada and grew up in Dearborn, Michigan. She was the eldest of six siblings and attended Fordson High School. She married Francis Marietti in 1977 in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. They moved to Canon City, Colorado in 1985 where they resided for the rest of their days.
She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, President of the Elkettes, American Legion Auxiliary, Golden Age Center and was a long standing consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics.
Vivian is survived by her son, Stephen Moore of Denver, Colorado; daughters, Karen Calvey-Mills of Arizona and Joanne Prince of Canon City, Colorado. She is also survived by three siblings, eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and four step-children.
She was preceded in death by her son, Norman Reeves, two siblings, four step-children and her husband, Francis.
Vivian will be cremated at Wilson Funeral Home in Canon City, Colorado. Her final resting place will be within the family plot in Westland, Michigan where a graveside service will take place at a future date.
She will be forever missed and is now in the arms of our blessed Lord; Jesus is taking care of her in the warmth of His Love. Eternal Love and Gratitude.
