Gary Wayne Tucker, born August 5, 1951 in Cripple Creek, Colorado, passed away suddenly on June 21, 2018 in Canon City, Colorado.
Gary graduated from Cripple Creek Victor High School in 1970. He loved to learn and attended college throughout his life; he trained as an accountant and even as an EMT.
Gary was a caring man with a big heart whose love for construction drew him into many projects with family and friends. He was an entrepreneur who loved flipping houses and Co-owned G&M Painting with his best friend Marvin Yeager.
Gary was a hard worker and enjoyed the simple things in life. He greatly enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved fishing and could often be found sitting lakeside with a pole in his hand enjoying a mountain breeze.
He was an avid Rockies fan, there wasn't a game he didn't watch, listen to or even attend.
Gary leaves behind his sisters, Wanda Tucker, Shirley Tucker, and Judy (Keith) Kline; Nieces and Nephews, James Tucker, David (Elizabeth) See, Michelle (Rick) See, Eugene Kline, Kevin Kline, Karen (David) Kline, Shannon (Ronald) Bahr, Johnathon Kline, John Evans, and William (Nat) Staples; cousins, Joyce Alexander and Larry Carnahan along with numerous great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by both parents, John and Anna Tucker. Gary loved deeply and was deeply loved in return. His presence will be greatly missed.
