Robert Leroy Riggins was born May 7th, 1956. He passed away May 4, 2024 at home with his family by his side. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his children: Crystal Cloninger, Robert G. Riggins and Chance McCadden; grandchildren: Brandon, Chistopher, Cailee, Joseph, Austin and Izak; and great-grandchildren: Link, Damien and Emilia.
